Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the gt99 platform and all its members ("User" or "You"). gt99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users.

The meanings of certain specific terms used in this document are given below:

• "Account" — A member's own registered profile and associated wallet.
• "Balance" — The total of real money, bonus money and winnings held in an account.

Membership and Eligibility

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If gt99 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same member, all accounts will be closed and any related bonuses will be forfeited. Whether earned real-money funds are returned will be at the discretion of gt99.

Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your gt99 account and all activity carried out through it.

3.1 Login Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited. No gt99 representative will ever ask for your password. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify gt99 immediately through live chat support. If not reported in time, gt99 will not be liable for any resulting loss.

3.3 Account Verification

gt99 may verify your account at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be restricted while verification is in progress. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the gt99 platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. gt99 generally processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing through a third party is prohibited, and if such a transaction is detected, the account may be closed.

Bonus Policy

gt99 offers various bonuses to its members. Accepting any bonus means you have fully agreed to the associated conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gt99 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• After accepting a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the required wagering condition has been met.
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus wagering — please refer to the detailed conditions of the relevant bonus.
• The maximum winnings from bonus funds will be stated in the conditions of the specific bonus.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once; claiming the same bonus repeatedly through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The decision of gt99 regarding bonus awards is final.

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

If evidence of rule violation, false information or system abuse is found, gt99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt99 platform. Any violation will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in any game or system.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Providing false information to mislead gt99 staff.
• Any attempt to undermine the security of the platform.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, gt99 may hand over the relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

7.1 Self-Restriction Options

Limitation of Liability

gt99 always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, gt99's liability is limited in certain areas.

gt99 is not responsible for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet connection disruption.
• Issues caused by the user's device or network.
• Failure of a third-party service provider.
• Losses caused by the member's own mistakes.
• Unexpected technical issues or cyberattacks.

However, gt99 always takes reasonable steps to protect members' interests and is ready to assist members affected by technical errors.

Dispute Resolution

The following process will be followed to resolve any dispute between gt99 and a member.

11.1 Resolution Through Support

Submit any complaint or dispute directly to gt99 via 24/7 live chat or email first. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. Common issues are resolved promptly.

11.2 Appeal Process

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, a formal appeal can be submitted. Include a detailed description and relevant evidence with your appeal. gt99 management will review the appeal and communicate a decision within a reasonable time.

11.3 Final Decision

gt99 management's decision regarding game results or bet outcomes is final. Data recorded in the system will be considered the authoritative record in case of a dispute.

The following process will be followed for any changes:
